A foundation skills qualification designed to help learners build the essential language, literacy, numeracy, digital and employability skills needed for further study and entry-level work. This course supports individuals who need additional preparation before enrolling in a Certificate II, III or higher qualification. It focuses on developing confidence, study skills, communication, and practical workplace readiness, providing a supportive pathway into vocational training and future employment opportunities.

You will learn how to:
- Develop effective communication skills for a range of workplace and vocational training contexts
